We hope this message finds you happy and healthy. As we begin to open up our offices to our patients for any and all appointments, we want you to be aware of the new protocols we will be following so that you are prepared when entering our office.
You will notice our team will be clothed in different attire than what you usually see us wearing for these upcoming appointments. Please know we are doing everything we can to protect you, your families and ourselves by wearing the proper personal protection equipment needed to provide all services.
We ask that our patients wear a mask to their appointments, if you do not have one we will be happy to provide you with one upon your arrival. We will be taking temperatures and having our patients fill out a questionnaire related to COVID19.
We are very excited to see you, as we have been busy making sure our office is safe and ready to re-open. If you have any questions or concerns about your upcoming appointment(s) we would be more than happy to speak with you.
