This patient had severe root resorption from previous orthodontic treatment. Her right lateral incisor was becoming very loose. Dr. Corson performed an osseous and gingival reduction and then placed a single implant at #7 and an immediate temporary. He then whitened her teeth and reshaped her anterior teeth with enameloplasty. Lastly after the implant had integrated they placed an all porcelain crown on a custom Atlantis abutment.
